The Juvenile Justice Council of Iroquois County and Ms. Laws’ 5th grade class at Glenn Raymond School (Iroquois County CUSD 9 – Watseka School District) enjoyed a fun morning last week discussing the importance of healthy coping skills. The students were excited to share the various reviewed coping strategies with local first responders and assembled appreciation bags to thank them for their heroic service. This classroom visit is made possible through the Watseka Area Chamber of Commerce’s Business Education Partnership and You Program.
