Harbor House and community partners will be hosting an Interactive Health Fair on Friday, May 5th! This event will feature the MEGA Body to highlight the effect of trauma on overall health. Participants will be able to walk through the MEGA Body giant inflatable display of the body, interact with community resources, enjoy free food, and more. This interactive display will be open to the public from 3:30-6:00 p.m. at Watseka High School. Come one, come all!
The Juvenile Justice Council of Iroquois County is distributing flashlight keychains with Prom Safety TIPs to all Iroquois County high school students attending prom/post-prom. Thanks to all area high schools for helping us to reach these students and ensure that their prom night is memorable for all of the right reasons. We wish all attendees a fabulous evening of fun as they celebrate SAFELY!
Tune in to 94.1 WGFA on Wednesday, April 26th at 8:15 a.m. to hear Central High School SADD Chapter members Kylie and Nathan represent the Juvenile Justice Council of Iroquois County during a Hotline Interview. They will be sharing helpful prevention TIPs with parents on how to keep teens safe on prom night.
