The Juvenile Justice Council of Iroquois County has trimmed a tree featuring their new owl mascot. WHOOO can prevent underage drug and alcohol use? YOU can! The JJC continues to partner with agencies, schools, businesses, parents and community members to prevent underage drug and alcohol use in our area. Working together we CAN and DO make a difference!
